HRT Helps, But It’s Not Enough

For decades, women’s health has been under-researched, under-funded, and brushed aside. Things are finally changing — but with progress has come noise.

Menowashing. Quick fixes. A tidal wave of products, protocols, and supplements that promise the earth but rarely deliver.

And while hormone replacement therapy can be transformative — I prescribe it, I support it, and for many women it makes a world of difference — it’s not the whole story.

Too often, HRT is packaged as a fix-all. When it doesn’t solve everything, women are left confused, disappointed, or doubting themselves. The truth is: HRT can help, but it can’t be relied upon alone to protect long-term health or address every challenge of this stage of life.
